How to find us
Below you’ll find directions to Arden House – whether you’re arriving on foot, by public transport, or by car—as well as details on parking.
Finding us on foot
- Exit the Metro via the main entrance and turn right towards the bus stops.
- Keeping to the right, follow the footpath towards the junction of Great North Road and Regent Farm Road, crossing the entrance road to the Regent Centre Multi-Storey Car Park.
- Continue along Regent Farm Road until you see a merging footpath on the right, marked by an NHS sign reading “Access to Regent Point.”
- Take this path and follow it to the left, passing the car park (away from Regent Point) and crossing the car park entrance road.
- Continue straight ahead until you reach Arden House, located on your right-hand side. Access is available via the ramp or stairs leading to the main entrance.
Finding Us By Road
- From the roundabout connecting Regent Farm Road and Regent Road North, take the exit into Regent Centre.
- Drive straight through the underpass and turn right at the T-junction.
- Continue along the road, following it around to the right-hand bend, then proceed into the car park ahead.
- Turn right into the Arden House car park. Note, any parking annotated with a green ‘P’ is suitable parking, with one hour free. Should you anticipate being more than one hour, the parking tarrif machines are clearly marked or you can pay using the ‘pay by phone’ parking app. There are also disabled parking spaces located at the front of Arden House.
- If you park on non-green P parking spaces, these are restricted to permit holders only.
Entering Arden House
Once you have ascended the steps or ramp to Arden House, you will note an intercom screen located to the left
of the main entrance doors.

Press the call button located to the left of the two automatic doors and select “Physiotherapy Matters,” our host site.
Once the doors open, enter the building and proceed through the double doors, Heera Healthcare is located within Physiotherapy Matters, first entrance to the left after gaining access via the intercom.
